Gingerbread Week

After reading the books The Gingerbread Cowboy and The Gingerbread Girl, we decided who the characters were in each book, what the settings in each book was and the problem/solution in each story.  Next, we decided how the two books were alike and different.   Finally the children decided which story they liked best and wrote why.

This is a couple example of a writing activity the children did after reading the two books.
